For us to be able to get your data back your hard disk must pass this series of tests.

• The disk cannot have suffered any physical damage. (no funny noises, no water damage, etc)
• The Hard disk must be able to start (power up) successfully, and stay powered up.
• Your computer's bios must be able to identify the disk.
• You have not tried to reinstall software. (If you have we may not be able to recover all of your data, only some of it.)
